Belle's Bubbles Swim School are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, friendly teachers to join our team at our venue in King's Heath! 

 

The current hours available are:

Thursdays 4pm-6pm

​

Hours also available at our venue in Edgbaston:

​

Sundays 11.30am-2pm

​​

More hours and room for progression available for the right candidate.

We are ideally looking for someone who is parent and baby trained or willing to take the qualification. More hours at additional venues available for teachers who are parent and baby trained.

 

Main duties

• Plan and deliver group and private lessons

• Ensuring the safe use of equipment in lessons

• Create a positive and encouraging environment for children to learn to swim

• Continually assess swimmers progress and award appropriate certificates using the Swim England Learn to Swim programme 

Qualifications

• Swim England/STA Level 2 Teaching Swimming Qualification

• STA (or equivalent) Baby and Preschool Swimming Teacher Qualification

• Lifeguard qualification or equivalent

• Current enhanced DBS Check

• STA/IOS Membership

Requirements

• Must be available for the above hours to teach.

• Between 4-6 hours per week with potential of more hours in holidays

• Baby and Preschool trained or willing to take the qualification

• Drivers license is essential

• Pay dependant on experience/qualifications

Would be willing to take on a Level 1 qualified swim teacher or someone who is looking to train as a swimming teacher, training and qualification would be provided in this instance.
