1.Price
Group Lessons
Swimming lessons for children aged 3.5+ are charged at £40 per child, once a month.
Swimming lessons for babies, toddlers and preschoolers are charged at £46 per month, once a month.
Swimming lessons for siblings (4+) are charged at £36.50 per month, once a month. (We do not offer sibling discounts on our baby, toddler and preschool lessons).
Private Lessons
1-2-1 swimming lessons are charged at £28 per 30-minute lesson, lessons are invoiced on a monthly basis.
2-2-1 swimming lessons are charged at £37 per 30-minute lesson, lessons are invoiced on a monthly basis.
2. How is payment made?
Payment is required before the first lesson to secure your child’s place. Payments for group lessons are made by direct debit on the 1st of every month. The direct debit must be set up ASAP after your taster lesson to secure your place with us. Payments cannot be carried over for missed lessons or transferred to another swimmer. A late payment fee of £10 will be charged if payment is not made in a timely manner.
3. What is included?
Group Lessons
Payment includes a weekly 30-minute lesson for approx. 42 weeks of the year. There are no lessons for 10 weeks of the year, this is factored into your monthly price and you do not pay for lessons when we are closed. Closures are normally during the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays however they are subject to change. Payment is to be made for 11 months of the year; no payment is needed to be made in August as the swim school is closed and there are no lessons. Payment is made via direct debit on a monthly basis, payment will be taken on or around the 1st of the month.
Private Lessons
Payment for these lessons is made on a monthly basis via direct debit, payment will be taken on or around the 1st of the month. We kindly ask if you are unable to make any lessons you let us know ASAP. Any cancellations under 72 hours full payment must be made and will not be carried over.
4. Taster lessons
Swimmers joining group lessons will be offered a free taster for their first lesson. Swimmers joining 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 lessons will be offered a one-off lesson that is paid for, £28 for 1-2-1 and £37 for 2-2-1. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure the space. We do not hold spaces for longer than 24 hours.
5.Booking
We cannot guarantee to put siblings and friends in the same class but we will try our best to accommodate where possible.
Your child’s place is booked once first payment is received and lessons are booked until you tell us you wish to stop. You will not have to rebook or lose your place as long as payments are up to date.
If you wish to cancel, we require four weeks' notice in writing via email or text. Lessons will need to be paid for during the four weeks' notice.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for group lessons if you are unable to attend your lesson as our costs still need to be met. 1-2-1 & 2-2-1 lessons, if you are unable to attend a lesson, please let us know in plenty of time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the lesson will not be carried over and the full amount must be paid for the lesson.
However, if you can’t make a lesson, please let us know in plenty of time and we may be able to offer you a replacement lesson. This is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Replacement lessons are only available if payments are up to date and cannot be transferred to another swimmer. A maximum of 5 replacement lessons can be taken each year.
If you cancel your direct debit, GoCardless will inform us. By doing so you are in breach of your contract with us. We require 4 weeks' notice if you wish to cancel your lessons with us.
6.Cancellations
Occasionally we may have to cancel your lesson; you will be notified of this via the contact details you give us. Please make sure your contact details are up to date and you let us know of any changes.
In the event of a cancellation by us we will issue a refund for the value of the lesson.
7.Changing days/time
If you wish to change the day or time of your lesson, please let us know via email or text and we will do our best to give you another option, however this is subject to availability.
8.Medical Conditions/Illnesses
Please let us know of any medical conditions that your child has.
No swimmer should come to a lesson if they have sickness or diarrhea, they must be clear of symptoms for 48 hours before retuning. We also recommend that you child does not swim if they have a heavy cold, ear infection or sinusitis.
9.Code of Conduct
Swimmers should not eat at least 1 hour prior to their swimming lesson.
Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum while you wait on poolside for your lesson to start.
To help keep the pool clean children shower and use the toilet before the lesson starts, spectators must take off outdoor footwear or use the blue shoes provided.
Children must not enter the water before their swimming lesson has started and they must not get back into the water once their swimming lesson has finished.
Children who are not toilet trained must use the double nappy system, if you are unsure, please ask a member of staff.
Running is not permitted on poolside and children must be supervised at all times. Belle’s Bubbles staff are only responsible for children when they are in the water, not in changing rooms or for siblings who are spectating.
All jewellery must be removed and long hair must be tied up before entering the pool for the swimmer's safety.
Children who are not toilet trained should abide by the double nappy system, a disposable swim nappy and a neoprene nappy over the top, this is to prevent any accidents in the pool. If you need more information on this please drop us a message.
10.Photography
The use of mobile phones is prohibited on poolside, changing rooms and toilets. Photography and recording are not allowed during swimming lessons. If parents wish to take photos of their own child, they must speak to the swimming teacher first so it can be carried out without safeguarding principles been compromised.
Occasionally we will ask to take photos for marketing and social media use, this will not be done without permission from the parent/guardian.
11.Personal Information
From time to time, we may need to contact you (for example in the event of a lesson cancellation), so please provide an email and preferred phone number and keep us up to date with any changes.
Belle’s Bubbles Swim School stores personal information including names, addresses, dates of birth, contact details and relevant medical information.
12.Lost property
Belle’s Bubbles Swim School will not accept liability for the loss or damage to any personal belongings that are bought to the venue (worn or left on the poolside/changing rooms). We ask that no valuable property is bought into the venue.
13.Complaints
Belle’s Bubbles Swim School is committed to providing the best service we can, but we understand that things can occasionally go wrong or you may be unhappy with the service provided. If at any point you are unhappy with the service provided, please follow this procedure:
Speak to the swimming teacher from Belle’s Bubbles and they will be happy try to resolve the matter.

14.Contact Us
It is important that all customers at Belle’s Bubbles Swimming School agree and adhere to our terms and conditions and code of conduct.
Booking onto our swimming lessons is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please keep copy of our terms and conditions for your future reference.
